Yes. You can create custom fields such as 'Name', 'Address', 'Date of Birth', 'Phone Number' or even 'Preferred Food' that you could set up as multiple check boxes. You can set up default details for these custom fields so that they have default values so that your emails never send out blank fields. ie Dear Friend if they do not add their name. Or you could use the check box fields to send emails to all your contacts that like Roast Meals. |
